The Whizz app is the easiest way to get around New York City on two wheels - whether for commuting, fun, or delivery business! Simply sign up for a monthly subscription, choose your plan, and pick up your e-bike at one of our locations.
Rent-to-own program is available: become an e-bike owner after a year.
E-bike with benefits:
• No deposits or activation fees
• No mileage limits
• If it breaks, we will fix it for free within 30 minutes or exchange the e-bike
• The team of whizzards will help you with any issues
Get everything you need to start comfort riding today: sturdy u-lock, spacious basket, reliable phone mount, anti-theft bike alarm system, and backpack upon availability.
Make your rental experience even more comfortable with our additional services:
• Protection plan — in case of theft or damage, you will pay only 50% of the cost of damage. $29 per month.
• Overnight storage - you can dock your ebike for overnight storage (more info on the website https://getwhizz.com/). $29 per month.
Our e-bikes are ideal for delivery drivers and couriers:
• Battery lasts up to 70 miles (10 hours)
• High-speed riding up to 25 mph
• Fast battery charging - just 5 hours from zero to full
• Bike weight does not exceed 65 lbs

Our extra batteries are always in a high demand by our clients and they may be unavailable from time to time. However, they're currently in stock and you can feel free to stop by any time during working hours to get one :) Please remember that the battery efficiency depends on the model you use. The Breeze bike enables you to ride up to 6 hours on a single charge (around 50 miles) and the Storm bike enables you to ride up to 8 hours (around 60 miles).
